Do I need to know anything about AI? +
No. This is built for owners and operators, not engineers. If you can send a text, you can do everything we show. We translate every step into plain business language.
What does it cost? +
The first 20 seats are free. After those go, seats step up in price as each block fills: 12 seats at $20, then 10 at $35, then 8 at $50. Every seat gets the same morning, the same talks, and the same vault. Later seats simply cost more because the room is nearly full. The counts on this page are live and real, and the waitlist is always free.
Can I bring someone? +
Yes, one plus one per RSVP. Add their name when you save your seat. They take a real second seat from the same block as yours, so the live counts stay honest. If your block has only one seat left, the ladder moves you both to the next block together.
Where in Venice is it? +
A spot in Venice on the west side. We send the exact address to confirmed seats the week of, so the room stays the right size.
Is this a pitch for your agency? +
No. There is no sales pitch from the front. Real owners share what is working, and you leave with something you can use. That is the whole deal.
What is the cold plunge about? +
A Venice morning ritual, fully optional. Some owners love starting the day in cold water before they build. Skip it with zero pressure.
